Once your guests arrive you can mingle and throw them on the grill or under the broiler at the last minute
Fresh cut pineapple
3 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Tamari
1/4 c Pineapple Juice
1 tsp each Salt & Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Large cube (approx 1 square inch) the Pineapple, Onion, Bell Pepper, and chicken. If you do all the veggies first you can do the chicken last you will avoid another dirty cutting board. Never cut the meat first then veggies on the same board- but you probably already knew that :)
In a small bowl combine 3 tbsp Olive Oil, 2 tbsp tamari (gluten free soy sauce), 1/4 cup pineapple juice, 1 tsp each salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Brush on with a marinade brush 30 minutes before cooking.
